At Transitional Elements, we provide custom professional consulting services, custom codebase diagnostics, automated scripting development, and specialized system hardening sprints.

Because our engineers allocate immediate, intensive physical hours, configure API mappings, and license proprietary software assets upon the immediate clearing of your funds:

  • No Refunds: Transitional Elements does not issue refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments under any circumstances.

  • The Flat-Fee Lock: The $2,500.00 USD payment represents a flat-fee service retainer. Once your transaction clears our payment terminal (via Stripe or Square), that capital is fully committed and locked into the 90-day stabilization cycle.

02. THE SERVICE STABILIZATION ASSURANCE

We operate on strict physical laws of database mathematics. While we cannot issue refunds due to the labor-intensive nature of our custom diagnostics, we are entirely committed to the stability of your digital infrastructure:

  • If your system experiences a severe conversion leak or tracking signal drop-off within the 90-day stabilization window, our engineering division will perform forensic diagnostic scans and implement code adjustments until your Base Readiness scores stabilize.

  • We do not promise subjective design changes, but we absolutely guarantee the technical optimization of your conversion gate.

03. CHARGEBACK DISPUTE PENALTIES

By authorizing payment via our Stripe or Square links, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The transaction represents a customized, digitally delivered business consulting service.

  • No physical merchandise will be shipped.

  • Filing a fraudulent “services not received” or “unauthorized transaction” dispute with your bank or credit card company represents a direct breach of our Terms of Service.
